Hypnosis:
Is a deepened state of relaxation/attention. While in this state the subconscious mind is free to receive and explore suggestions to improve and/or heal oneself. By using hypnosis one can create their own healing with the guidance of the hypnotist while remaining in complete control. Hypnotherapy is the treatment of emotional concerns by attempting to address the patient’s unconscious mind. This therapy uses imagery exercises to persuade a transformed state of consciousness that facilitates healing.
When painful or emotional memories are stocked up in our minds and are held onto without resolution, these analogous events or actions occur again and again resulting in memories that may continue to resurface and manifest in hurtful patterns to self and others.
A typical session lasts 60 minutes. Some people need three to ten sessions; for others one is enough. Often patients can remember what has been said; though their minds can not remember everything. The value of the treatment is greatly enhanced when the patient is confident and feels comfortable with the therapist.
Energy Work:
Is an ancient form of healing arts. Energy or as some call it,“ kn”is a divine/life force that takes the vibrations and dispels it into ones cells, chicories, organs and emotional centers of ones body to create harmony & balance. The energy also remove blockages to allow healing. Energy is pure in it's essence thus can do no harm.
Combining Treatments of Hypnosis and Energy Work:
The premise behind combining treatments is that emotions are closely tied to the physical aspect of our body. Quick release can occur for individuals when talking to the subconscious (hypnosis) is paired with energy work. This then allows one to begin the beautiful process of healing, physically, emotionally and perhaps spiritually.
The client lies on the massage table fully dressed. Soft relaxing music is played during the treatment. The practitioner guides her hands over the body using little or no touch. The practitioner uses hand movements around the body to assess the individual’s needs. The areas assessed are the endocrine system, chicories, all main organs, muscle structure, joints and the nervous system. As the practitioner places their hands around the body you will feel warmth that penetrates through the clothing and skin, moving to the internal parts of your being. It is very nurturing, comforting and soothing to the mind, body and spirit connection. Areas with blockages may be noted at which time, the practitioner may use visualizations/hypnosis techniques to clear those blockages by releasing the memories lodged in the cells and subconscious. .
